Now Microsoft has decided to set an end date for the support of all tools from the Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack (MDOP) to a uniform date and then announced this.

As a result, each tool had its own development lifecycle and thus its own support lifecycle. It has not been authorized, sponsored, or otherwise approved by Microsoft Corporation.

The MDOP Information Experience provides product documentation, videos, blogs, and other resources to help users implement and optimize their experience with MDOP technologies. MDOP helps improve compatibility and management, reduce support costs, improve asset management, and improve policy control. Microsoft says: The Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack (MDOP) is a portfolio of technologies available as a subscription for Software Assurance customers (Windows Enterprise E3/E5 customers and Microsoft 365 Enterprise E3/E5 customers).
