Sony released a fresh look at Gran Turismo 7 in December 2021, with a cockpit-view PS5 gameplay trailer set on the Deep Forest Raceway, a classic, fan-favorite circuit from the series.
The brief interview is interspersed with footage of the game running on PS5. Ray tracing alongside 4K, 60fps and HDR are also mentioned as increasing the visual realism and “natural feeling” in the game. He specifically touches on the haptic feedback and adaptive triggers of the DualSense controller, which have been used, for instance, to imitate the feel of the brakes.
